![]() ![]() ![]() Most of the time you are not hungry but dehydrated so drink water. ![]() You should eat like a King in the morning, a Prince in the afternoon and a Poorper at night. Your biggest meal should be in the morning and the smallest at night. That was just sad and not very inspiring. Needless to say, there were many days I didn’t shower till 1-2 pm. I would not take a shower or get dressed on those days until I exercised. The journey began by googling 10-15 minute CORE Youtube videos. I used to work in NYC four days a week so Friday through Sunday were my days to get in shape. In my head, that would be better than nothing at all. I DECIDED (that is the first step) that I would exercise at least 10-15 minutes on the days I was off. So the reason I’m telling you this story is because on my Fortyith Birthday something changed. Then by January and February, I was not really exercising at all. Then by November, I’d start to get lazy and slack off a little.īy December I’d be done and still looking pretty good because I’m not a huge Thanksgiving eater but Christmas and the Rainbow Cookies are another story! I would eat healthily and exercise through about October. It would change the bad eating habits that I slowly added back in. My go to diets included the cabbage soup diet, the grapefruit diet, followed the 80/20 diet, this Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet w/ Acai and Garcinia Cambogia, Elemis Enhancement Program 3 months detoxification plan, and many others. I would try to exercise 3-4 days a week AND I would also do a series of “diets” depending on my mood. For me consisted of doing youtube videos with the keyword CORE in them. ![]() Then I would start the “exercise” program. I would realize Crap the Summer is around the corner! Until the age of forty, around March or April, I would start to feel crappy and my pants would be tight. For me, the journey to getting an exercise routine took a really long time.
